Thank you for choosing to participate with SMRC in the Cedars of Lebanon 39th Annual Hamfest including Self Reliance Expo! Without you this event could not be a success. Please fill in the information requested on this form and submit your payment online. After submitting your payment for the number of spaces you wish to reserve, you will be redirected to a registration page where you can reserve the specific spaces you want for the event.

If you wish to submit your reservation via mail, print the 2019 Vendor Application and mail it along with your payment to the address below. The space(s) you wish to reserve will be entered upon the processing of your payment provided they are available at that time.
